Here at Kacy Family Dentistry, PC. we treat each other like family. We strive to provide each patient with the highest quality care possible along side the highest customer service standards. Dr. Donald Kacy DDS., presides over the practice as the sole doctor, supported by his two long time hygienists, Linda and Kristy. There are 6 other women that work along side the doctor making the practice run like a well oiled machine. Take some time below to meet Dr Kacy and his hygienists.
Dr. Donald Kacy
Dr. Donald Kacy earned his B.S degree in biology from the University of Michigan in 1971. He earned his DDS degree from the University Of Detroit School Of Dentistry in 1975. Dr. Kacy was awarded the general dentistry award in 1975, for his achievements in clinical dentistry while attending the University of Detroit.
For the first 21 years after dental school, Dr. Kacy maintained his private practice in Troy, while he worked as the clinic coordinator for Macomb County Health Department dental division- serving the under privileged children of Macomb county.
Dr. Kacy practices all sorts of comprehensive general dentistry including restorative, cosmetic, implant and endodontic dentistry.
Dr. Donald and his wife Carol-Ann have two adult children and three young grandchildren. They attend St. Andrews Catholic Church in Rochester and enjoy their weekend at their cottage in Mid-Michigan.
Linda Thulin RDH
Linda graduated from U of D School of Dentistry in December 1976 with a bachelor’s degree.
She later joined Kacy Family Dentistry in 1990.
Anyone who knows Linda will tell you she thoroughly enjoys working with her patients and she especially loves working with children.
Linda has been happily married for 36 years and is blessed with two great kids, one son and one daughter. When she’s not at the office she enjoys spending time with her family and loves to travel!
Kristie Jade RDH, BSDH
Kristie graduated from the University of Michigan in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree of science & dental hygiene. Kristie was also the Vice President of her class, and enjoys working with and talking to people.
Kristie joined Kacy Family Dentistry in April 2004.
She is married with two children and lives in Waterford. When not working she enjoys spending time with her children, doing yoga and traveling.
